Posted: 19 Dec 2005 A while ago I posted regarding Lizard sp seen regularly at Alanya in the south east of Turkey when I was there in June of 1995. I've actually found a very rough photo which I've expanded a bit - does this help? They were particularly common and seen in most habitats. Thanks for any help.

Hi Dave Looks like a agama species to me - the nearest thing I found in the Field Guide Reptiles & Amphibians of Britain and Europe is the Starred Agama Luadakia stellio - perhaps there are other species in the area I found a research page from the Uni of Cambridge - http://www.srcf.ucam.org/~mcwb2/info.html Regards
